Adopt A Pet from the Lassen County Animal Shelter – Roxy

If your idea of a perfect day includes a trail, a mountain view, and a four-legged best friend by your side, we should probably meet.
My name is Roxy, and I’m looking for an adventure partner.

I’m a petite Husky with a big love for exploring. Whether it’s hiking local trails, camping under the stars, taking long walks, or just checking out somewhere new, I’m happiest when I have something to do and someone to do it with.

I’ve got the athleticism Huskies are known for, but at around 40 pounds, I’m a more compact package. Think of me as the travel-sized adventure model, easy to bring along but still ready to keep up wherever the day takes us.
After we’ve logged some miles and satisfied my curiosity, I’m happy to relax and enjoy the view right alongside you. But make no mistake, I’m not looking for a couch potato lifestyle. I need a family that understands active dogs and is excited to include me in their adventures.

If you’ve been searching for a loyal trail companion, a camping buddy, a walking partner, and a reason to spend more time outdoors, I might just be your girl.
So, where are we exploring first?
