There will be a fundraising car wash this Saturday, September 8th, from 11a.m. to 4p.m. in the Main Street Bowl parking lot on Main Street, for Cerebral Palsy victim David Scarbrough.
David is 12 years old and was born with the disease which requires both constant medical attention and special accommodations within the Scarbrough house.
David and his mom Ronette, along with a host of friends and volunteers will be washing cars to raise money. Ronette and David will also have green silicone bracelets available to help raise awareness for Cerebral Palsy.
A special bank account has also been opened at U.S. Bank if you would like to make a contribution to the family. Donations can either be mailed to US Bank, 901 Main Street, Susanville, CA 96130, or you can go to any US Bank branch and tell them the donation is for the Scarbrough family.
