Stronger Dads, Stronger Families: Fatherhood Partnership Invites Community to Monthly Meeting

The Lassen County Fatherhood Partnership, a program of the Lassen County Department of Child Support Services, is calling on local fathers and father figures to come together to support, educate and advocate for one another and their families.

Under the motto “Stronger Dads. Stronger Families,” the group’s mission is to help local men grow, lead, and build a supportive network within the community. The group emphasizes that all father figures are welcome – whether you are a dad, grandpa, uncle, stepdad or mentor.

The next monthly meeting takes place on Friday, August 21st, starting at 6:30p.m. The gathering will be held at the Lassen County DCSS Office, located at 2950 Riverside Drive in Susanville.

Organizers encourage local men to step forward and “be part of something bigger” as they work together to strengthen local families and enrich the community.

Anyone with questions or looking for additional details can reach out to the Lassen County Department of Child Support Services by phone at 1.530.251.8952 or by email at [email protected].
